Be aware of your self-talk, fixed mindset triggers and your reactions. Your perspective is that you may not always be able to change what happens around you, but you always have a choice of how you respond, react, and view the situation. Examine the three irrational beliefs that are at the core of suffering - approval, judgement and comfort. Question your beliefs, excuses and eliminate the excuses. Replace the irrational beliefs with rational beliefs and develop awareness of your emotions. Take action to practice positivity affirmations and incantations regularly.
